Purple is the colour of royalty, of luxury and wealth and that's exactly what you get with this luxury home for Generation 6 of the Colour Legacy Challenge. With 5 bedrooms....
Joshua Duplex is the home for the 4th Generation of the Colour Legacy. The twins are inseparable and green fingered so it was only right to give them a home built together that has garden space to grow their plants.
With gorgeous porches, your own personal backyard orchard of apples, a guest suite for overnight guests, phenomenal views all around and 2 extra large spare rooms that can become whatever you desire, Apple View Lodge is the dream home for your family to enjoy the rest of their lives in.
Cawston is the final part of the 'Houses from my Hometown' series. This house is a modern design build that was done in the 2000's as part of a huge town expansion. The home has very spacious rooms throughout and with a good size garden and a garage, you can turn it into whatever you need.
New Bilton is the third instalment to the 'Houses from my Hometown' series. This was my biggest build to date and had to do some creative changes to make this house work on the exterior (i.e. bricks, window layouts) but the inside layout is exactly how it should be. This stunning example of a Victorian townhouse has plenty of spacious rooms across 3 floors of the main house to turn into whatever you dream of (for showing off purpose I've turned them into bedrooms). Outside the main home there is a 2bed guest cottage, a large fenced off plot for gardening with a greenhouse and there still large ample green space to create a garden haven.
A grand spacious home that brings in lots of natural light and is great for large families or couples who loves to host and entertain guests. With ample room in the garden there is always the option to expand.
